Come and discover the fusion, at the heart of it all, of animals and humans – and sometimes a little of both – in the surprising and vividly lifelike figures modelled in clay by Monique Degluaire, alongside, on the centuries-old walls, the contemplative works of Jacques Roger, created with coloured pencils and brought to life in the space by his furniture, which looks straight out of a fairy tale.
Both artists have their studios in the region. Monique Dégluaire’s studio is in Chapaize, whilst Jacques Roger’s is in Culles-les-Roches.
