Based in Saint-Ambreuil since April 2007, I've been a pastry chef and chocolatier for 30 years.
I've always had a passion for chocolate. It started when I was 14, thanks to my mum, who gave me the desire to bake, and Bernard Dufoux.
All my sweet treats reflect my family, my friends and my desire to please, whether they're made with fruit or chocolate!
Since 2019, I've been taking on apprentices to help me learn and pass on the craft of chocolate making.
High standards and a love of the craft are the strong points of my business. Respectful of the product and attentive to my customers.
Open Tuesday to Saturday from 2.30pm to 7pm.
