Each year, the finest casks are selected to mature the different vintages produced at the brewery. Ex-wine or spirits casks, the idea is to shape the beers as great wines would be matured. We give the beers the time they need to reach their full potential. Aging can last up to three years. Some cuvées are blended, while others come from a single cask.
