I set up in 2019, with a herd of around twenty Jersiaise cows, using organic farming methods.
These small, gentle, mischievous cows produce high-quality, easily digestible milk (rich in beta casein A2).
My cows graze for most of the year (more than 250 days a year) and their winter feed is based on hay and cereals harvested from my fields.
Every morning, I milk my herd to make my range of raw milk dairy products and cheeses.
